Aurora privacy notice
Aurora is in private early access. This notice explains how we handle the limited data you share when you join the waitlist or receive early-access communications.
Last updated: May 2026
What we collect
When you join the Aurora waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and, if you add them, your name and practice or studio type.
We also keep basic technical metadata such as submission time, source page, referrer, and user agent so we can prevent abuse and understand which waitlist forms are working.
How we use it
We use waitlist details to manage private early access, send occasional Aurora product emails, avoid duplicate submissions, and protect the form from spam.
Joining the waitlist does not create an Aurora account, start a subscription, or make the full product publicly available to you automatically.
Consent and unsubscribe
The waitlist checkbox records your consent to receive waitlist and early-access emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing-style emails at any time using the link in those emails, or by contacting us.
Operational messages about active early access may still be sent when needed to run the service safely.
Processors and storage
Aurora may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, contact management, analytics of the waitlist flow, and durable lead storage. These providers only receive the data needed to provide those services.
Server-side integrations are configured so secret API keys are never exposed in the browser.
Retention
We keep waitlist records while Aurora is in private early access and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour invites, suppress duplicates, and maintain unsubscribe or suppression records.
If you want your waitlist record removed, contact us from the same email address you used to join.
